GroundScope’s Sustainability Policy

1. Purpose
GroundScope is committed to conducting its ground transport operations in an environmentally responsible and sustainable manner. This sustainability policy outlines our commitment to minimizing the environmental impact of our activities, promoting social responsibility, and ensuring ethical business practices across our network of global suppliers.

As well as operating GroundScopes business to the highest ethical standards GroundScope is also committed to providing its global managed taxi service with Zero Carbon emissions by 2035.
2. Environmental Responsibility
2.1. Green Fleet Management
We will strive to develop global suppliers who maintain a modern and environmentally fuel-efficient fleet of vehicles that meets or exceeds industry emission standards.

Through our booking system we will implement and encourage the use of alternative fuels, such as electric or hybrid technologies.
2.2. Emission Reduction
GroundScope is dedicated to minimising its carbon footprint. We will actively seek ways to reduce vehicle emissions, explore alternative fuels, and invest in emerging technologies that align with our commitment to environmental sustainability. We provide C02 Emission details at the point of booking to each traveller making a booking on the GroundScope platform and we provide all the companies we work with details of their total CO2 emissions by month on our monthly Management Information reports. In order to encourage and assist travellers to select the greenest Service Provider available for their trip we have implemented a Green Leaf System on our new booking platform highlighting the green credentials of our Service Partners.

The three Green Leaf system grades Service Partners fleet:
3 Green leaves – Zero emission fleet
2 Green leaves – Fleet contains at least 50% green and hybrid vehicle
1 Green leaves – Fleet contains at least 25% green and hybrid vehicle
2.3. Efficient Routing and Planning
Efficient route planning will be implemented to reduce unnecessary mileage and fuel consumption. The use of advanced technologies and real-time data analytics will aid in optimizing delivery routes and scheduling.
3. Social Responsibility
3.1. Ethical Employment Practices
We are committed to maintaining fair and ethical employment practices throughout our supply chain. This includes fair wages, safe working conditions, and compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
3.2. Community Engagement
