Joined GroundScope in 2016 and has had key roles in Marketing, Commercial Management, and Customer Success Manager before being promoted to COO.
Responsible for managing all clients including onboarding new clients as well as managing GroundScope’s existing portfolio of clients.
Manages GroundScope’s Customer Service team.
Responsible for GroundScopes Events service
Business & Marketing graduate from the ESPM University in Sao Paulo Nathalie worked in the Telecommunications industry before moving to the UK to study and has a Master’s in Marketing from Westminster University.

Rose Smith
Service Partner Manager
Responsible for sourcing new suppliers and managing GroundScopes existing Service Partner network.
Rose utilises her project management skills to support GroundScope’s existing network of Service Partners, by managing and monitoring them to ensure they are equipped to exceed the expectations of our clients.
Rose also sources new Service Partners across the globe to guarantee that GroundScope is able to continue to meet the growing requirements of our clients in both existing and emerging markets
Fran Fernandes
Events Co-ordinator
Fran organises GroundScopes client’s Events which can include coach bookings, group taxi bookings, and larger events where multiple vehicles are required.
Fran ensures that GroundScope provides all clients with an excellent customer service experience throughout their event and is involved in looking after the initial booking inquiry through to the booking stage, providing driver details, and taking on any feedback after the event date.
