GroundScope, the global ground transport services company, announced the launch of its new booking platform at the Business Travel Show.
GroundScope’s new booking platform builds on its existing system and once again raises the bar for travel booking technology. The new platform offers GroundScope clients quick and easy travel booking within a total of just 5 screens. An address recognition addition ensures addresses are easy to look up and pre population of fields has been added – again making it easier for clients selecting multiple bookings to and from regular locations such as airports or head offices. The system also incorporates flight and airport recognition – for greater booker peace of mind.
The new tool makes journey changes easier to manage and the already extensive payment options have also been extended to allow for multiple credit card use. Travel managers and bookers are also better supported via full description of carriers terms and conditions which ensures informed choices can be made in line with travel policies
All existing GroundScope clients are being migrated to the new platform with no additional service charges; in line with GroundScope’s aim to ensure that the best technical solution is available to all clients.
