NATHALIE VILLARES

Customer success manager

After graduating from the ESPM University in Sao Paulo Nathalie worked in the Telecommunications industry before moving to the UK to study for a Masters in Marketing at Westminster University.  

Nathalie joined GroundScope in 2016 and has had key roles in Marketing and Commercial Management before being promoted to Customer Success Manager. 

As Customer Success Manager Nathalie is responsible for onboarding new clients as well as managing GroundScope’s existing clients. Nathalie also manages the GroundScope’s Customer Service team. 

Nathalie is a highly experienced manager and has  a passion for customer service and  uses the feedback from clients to constantly develop and enhance GroundScopes service. 

Nathalie is also multi lingual and speaks Portuguese, Spanish and English and in her free time keeps fit with running and gym workouts .

Our Customer Support Team oversee our operational processes and are on hand 24/7 365 days a year to provide assistance for any Customer Service or Service Partner query.

Events Team

Our Events Coordinator is on hand to assist clients with organising any event and will take a brief on the event requirements and then obtain the best price quotations for the events and help coordinate all aspects of the event to ensure that it goes smoothly.

Operations Team

Our Operations Team is responsible for ensuring the daily smooth running of GroundScopes operational service. The team includes Account Support Executives who deal with Travel Managers and TMC’s directly and an Implementations Executive who is responsible for the on-boarding of Service Partners.

IT Team

Our IT Team is responsible for planning, operating and supporting GroundScope’s IT infrastructure, enabling our employees to carry out their roles efficiently, productively and securely.

Finance Team

Our Finance Team is responsible for the smooth running of all financial aspects of the business including preparing all monthly financial reports and client Management Information reports. The finance team ensure all client billing and Service Partner payments are both timely and accurate.

Commercial Team
