24/7 Customer Support Centre

GroundScope Customer Support Centre is available 24/7 for any booking, billing or service query you may have.

Service Providers Vetting

GroundScope fully vet all Service Providers we work with to ensure that they are fully licensed and insured.

Flight Tracking

If flights are delayed we automatically reschedule the taxi pick up time, avoiding extra charges on waiting time.

Ride Share

Our ride share service provides cost savings to clients. Travellers willing to share their vehicle with colleagues are notified and trip costs are shared equally amongst all travellers in the vehicle

Booking Confirmation

GroundScope send an email confirmation straight after the booking is completed with the journey details and confirmation of the trip price.

SMS Text Message

We send a SMS text message 12h before all airport pick up trips in order to remind travellers their car transfers are all booked. We also send a SMS text message 30 minutes prior to pick up time to connect the passenger and driver.

GroundScope Mobile App

Our service can also be booked via the GroundScope mobile app which is ideal for on demand bookings but can also be used for advanced bookings. Our mobile app uses Google autocomplete function and shows bookings previously made.

MI Report & Live Dashboard

We provide clients with a comprehensive monthly Management Information Report detailing travellers spend. A live Dashboard will be introduced in Q4 this year.

Safety and Security / Duty of Care

GroundScope take responsibility for providing a reliable and safe service to travellers. We have a rigorously vetting process and back to back contract with our global network of suppliers in order to guarantee travellers duty of care requirements are met.

Booking Through your preferred TMC

Clients preferred TMC can book GroundScope’s service in the GDS, allowing ground, air and hotel bookings to be made at the same time by TMC’s agents. We are fully integrated into Amadeus, Travelport and Sabre.

Proprietary Online Booking Tools Integration

Clients can make GroundScope bookings in their preferred booking tool. We are fully integrated into Concur, Atriis, Amadeus Cytric, HRG Online and SABS.

Preferred Service Providers

We can add clients’ preferred Service Providers to our global network of suppliers – subjected to our vetting process. We don’t charge Service Providers to join our platform.


For larger or more complicated events and meetings GroundScope Events Team are on hand to assist clients with the event.

VIP Service

We have a detailed process for all VIP reservations – we call each Service Provider 12h ahead of the booking to ensure everything is booked and confirmed.


GroundScope clients can pay on credit card or corporate account. We quote and bill in local currencies.

Anvil Partnership

GroundScope provide an extra secure service for passengers travelling in high risk destinations via our partnership with Anvil. We provide security trained drivers, armoured vehicles and, if required, close protection officers.
